This information is provided only for the DSTTA portal (www.dta.cnr..it) and not for other websites that may be reached by the user via links.
Some pages may require personal data: we inform you that failure to provide them may make it impossible to achieve the purposes to which the processing is connected.
Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the processing of personal data carried out through www.cnr.it pertains exclusively to personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of the institutional purposes of the Institution, or in any case connected to the exercise of tasks of public interest and the exercise of public powers to which it is called, including the purposes of scientific research and analysis for statistical, teaching and administrative purposes, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter e) and, in particular, in order to provide and improve the web services offered.
Such personal data are processed lawfully, correctly, pertinently, limited to what is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case in accordance with the principles indicated in art. 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of interested parties
Interested parties have the right to ask the data controller for access to their personal data and to rectify or delete them or limit the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing as provided for by art. 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679.
The interested party has the right to submit his/her request to the Data Controller. Requests must be addressed to: direttore.dta@cnr.it.
The interested parties, if the conditions are met, are also recognised the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor as the supervisory authority.
