Fishing for Islands stirs up a wave of oceanic activities throughout the historic hall of the Hamburger Bahnhof – Museum für Gegenwart – Berlin. Within 36 hours, or three tidal cycles, the project invites visitors to hear from leading thinkers in the maritime field and delve into a series of performances, scents, and soundscapes – by renowned artists whose work is anchored in oceanic spaces – until the early morning hours.
